We are flexible. Have a favorite architect? Happy to work at any phase of your project. We have worked with many area architects and are flexible to integrate in to your project at whatever level that works best for you.

We have worked with fully architected plans where every detail was decided or simply a magazine photo with the missive - "make my kitchen look like this".

We are full service shop as well as a full design build firm. Our firm can create concepts, full architectural drawings, submit drawings for permit and build your dream!

Buying a home? We can inspect the property and advise you of existing conditions, opportunities and pitfalls. 

This can be formal or informal ("walk and talk") as you need.
